Against the background of nowadays’ peculiar friction between crafts and the digital world, my curiosity led me to question the use of innovative tools in the making process whether it can continue to constitute the key value of crafts.
By considering the true meaning of crafts, I have been investigating the idea of imperfection caused by the making process of a physical object with digital fabrication in order to celebrate the way it leaves marks as a new way to generate the beauty in today digital crafts.
